What is waxing?
Waxing is the process of hair removal, using wax to effectively remove the hair from the root. Recommended reschedule every 3-4 weeks.
Does it hurt?
It is uncomfortable. Products available to provide a more pleasant experience.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. If booking availability is open-there is a 2-hour window to book prior to the selected appointment time. Scheduling leads a peaceful, pleasant experience.
​Can I bring a person with me?
M Solana Skincare requests that if a support person is needed that we be contacted to make the appropriate accommodations. Everyone doesn’t desire to do things alone and sometimes first-time experiences can be overwhelming. The only request is for everyone to be respectful and comply with any requests regarding privacy and the comfort of the client.
What do you use to wax with?
Hard wax mainly. Soft wax is incorporated at times to grasp fine areas but is not the primary wax used. Otherwise it’s hard wax and tweezers.
Do you extract/remove ingrown hairs?
Yes!
Do you offer “Vajacials”?
No. I don’t mind referring you to a peer/associate LE for that service. If a treatment to an area is needed I will assist in providing corrective treatment-but there will be no razzle-dazzle. It’s an in and out mission for M. Solana Skincare
